In our
busy day-to-day lives, time moves
fast. Life moves fast.
Taking time out for yourself is
critical to achieving total health.
Our philosophy is that if you treat
part of the body, you will
experience partial healing; but if
you treat the whole body, you
will experience whole body healing ~
physically, mentally, emotionally
and spiritually.
There
are many health benefits to
meditation. Of those benefits,
stress reduction is one of the most
important. Stress is a
significant cause of dis-ease in the
body and affects many parts of the
body and body functions.
Meditation is an excellent step in
the whole body healing process.
Meditation can rejuvenate you
physically, mentally, emotionally
and spiritually.
That's
why we've created our FREE
meditation evenings. This is a
time set aside just for YOU...to
have some downtime, clear your mind
and rejuvenate. Bring a pillow
or yoga mat if you wish.
NOTE:
This is NOT a guided meditation - it
is simply a quiet, peaceful place
and time to relax. You are
welcome to come and go as you please
- you do NOT have to attend for the
entire time.
